For our Client, with more than 1500 employees worldwide, one of the worldwide leaders in selective skincare, and with headquarters based in Swiss, we are looking for a

**Posizione**:

**RETAIL TRAINER

- Acts as a consultant to people in stores and provide helpful advice on coping with job-related challenges

- Drives and elevate the consistency in standards of Luxury Execution

- Ensures the implementation of regional Coaching workflows (i. e.

tracking of all coaching activities and follow up action plans)

- Evaluates people performance improvement after each coaching

- Review KPI's (both individual and store level) together with the Retail teams, and ensure the Coaching plan is aligned with the business objectives

- Partnership with Education Manager to ensure the quality of classroom training delivery to add value to the training

- Provide retail insights to Education Manager, to support training development though operational retail translation

**Requisiti**:

- Work experience as a Retail Trainer, Sales , Trainer, or similar role

- 3-5 years experience

- Experience in retail industry

- Fluent in English

- Availability to travel up to 80%
