What you will do
Returns and Consumer Reviews Coordinator will contribute to PEX costs reduction standardizing, monitoring and improving the company processes across the Markets Services and Logistics and across products.
He/She will be responsible of Consumer rating improvement measuring continuously performance by market / by product / by brand and promoting actions on products, market logistic processes, on service and consumer management.
MAIN ACTIVITIES
- Define and provide guidelines and standard activities for PEX management processes to markets (from authorization to returned products management)
- Define, implements, support and guarantee that correct PEX management end-to-end process is applied across all the markets, .
- Monitor the KPIs and reports to stakeholders (qty, total costs, PEX on call, cost per PEX, PEX on turnover).
- Promote and follow-up root cause analysis and improvement actions with Product Quality (fixing product packaging issues), Logistic (fixing log processes issues), market Services (PEX avoidance and PEX management) and Customer management/ product marketing (management of Right to return in UK and SP) to improve KPIs interacting with these functions
- Define and maintain a robust baseline and tool for consumer ratings measurement
- Monitor the Consumer Rating KPIs and reports to stakeholders (by country, by product, by brand).
- Promote and follow-up root cause analysis and improvement actions with Product Quality and marketing (fixing product and packaging issues and product definition issues), Logistic (fixing log processes issues), market Services (low rating driven by service) and market Consumer / Customer management (to manage existing reviews and support a correct reviewing process) to improve Ratings interacting with these functions
What you need to succeed
- Degree in Mechanical/Industrial engineering
- Solid experience in productivity projects/initiatives and labor intensive production contexts
- Ability to lead teams and collaborate horizontally
- Problem Solving and strong interpersonal skills, self-starter attitude
- Previous experience in Service/Quality/Logistics as a plus
- Previous experience in White Industry as a plus
- Availability to travel (50% of time)
- Fluent in English
