Belmond Limited is seeking a creative and dynamic Revenue Analyst.

You will be responsible for helping

develop global standards for revenue management reporting and for analysing data to support the

development of winning revenue management strategies.

This position will be based at our Belmond Corporate office in Milan - Italy; looking after 10 luxurious

European properties.

The position will report to our Area Director of Revenue

**Key activities**:

- Bring to the Revenue Team strong analysis of the general trend of the hotels and its respective

market

- Be creative on Digital tools in order to track future trends

- Ensuring correct data flow through existing PMS, POS, RMS and Distribution system

- Assist in all kind of administrative tasks (Rate codes, packages, offers/Promotions)

- Develop personal effectiveness at supervisory level

- Display critical thinking and analytical skills

- Establish relationships for customer confidence

- Facilitate innovation and lead team leaders to implement change

- Implement revenue optimization and enhancement strategies

- Maintain personal image and emotional competence to manage self and team at the workplace

- Monitor distribution channels and systems

- Prepare yield and forecasts reports

- Present information

**Requirements**:

- 1+ year in an analytical role

- Must have proven strong skills in analytics tools (Excel/VBA/Macros)

- A deep desire to learn Revenue Management

- Knowledge in hotel industry and Revenue systems would be a plus

- Must be able to condense complex data into meaningful analysis

- You speak fluent English and Italian with excellent oral and written communication skills
