Are you with us?

Main responsibilities: You will collaborate with the Revenue team to build opportunities and manage the clients relationship You will be in charge of Manage databases and CRM systems to track clients' relationships and work flows Support evaluating potential investments and run the internal procedures Perform market analysis, prospecting, and support the inbound and outbound activities to bring new clients Support on account management activities with existing clients Who we are looking for: Academic background in Economics, Business, Engineering or Finance Excellent communication skills, oral and written (Italian and English) You have a curious and analytical attitude and always challenging yourself to find new solutions Independent in organizing your day to day to meet deadlines and prioritize work You have a positive attitude and you are a team player and a problem solver You are always willing to improve your skills, striving for personal growth and interested in growing your knowledge on innovative finance, fintech solutions and innovation What we offer: Hybrid work policy A innovative, dynamic, young and friendly work environment (forget your suit and tie) International work-environment (right now, we have more than 10 nationalities) Ticket restaurant when you are working from the office Team building events every quarter You will find a place where you can express your ideas and put them into action Variable bonuses linked to company goals and stock options plan Location: This position is for our Milan HQ.
