Revenue Growth Expert
We are looking for a Revenue Growth Exper for our local Sales Team.
The Revenue Growth Expert's primary purpose is to support the RGM Manager to define and develop the RGM Strategy and to upskill the whole organization about RGM methodologies and mindset.
The purpose of RGM is to drive sustainable and profitable business growth through the development and evolution of revenue growth capabilities and disciplines encompassing pricing, trade terms, mix management and promotional optimisation, and to embed these within the company organisation.
Key Responsibilities:
The RGM Expert will liaise with multiple senior stakeholders and will be in charge of:
- Execute RGM Strategy and coordinate RGM projects
- Provide analysis and build RGM tools and refresh them periodically
- Action all RGM levers and build guidelines to support strategy: Pack/Price Architecture, Promo Analytics and Evaluation, Trade Terms optimization
- Create and track RGM KPIs to monitor performance and review action plans
- Share RGM methodologies and tools with other functions and contribute to spread knowledge and mindset across the organization
Key Relationships of the RGM Expert:
- Works closely with Revenue Growth and Sales Controlling to define and deliver RGM capability within designated commercial teams.
- Works closely with Trade Marketing to coordinate delivery of appropriate resources (promotional guidelines, pricing changes etc. )
across key business cycles
- Works in partnership with Business Intelligence Team as required
- Networking with stakeholders & business partners across Sales and Marketing teams, Finance and Administration teams
Qualifications:
- Degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, Mathematics, Economics or related field
**Experience**:
- At least 2-3 years of prior Revenue Growth Management experience
- Experience in a commercial/financial/strategic planning area
- Experience in P & L management and promotional evaluation
- Exposure to formal RGM practices
- Experience in FMCG commercial, commercial finance or pricing management
- Advanced Microsoft Office capabilities, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
Preferred Background:
- FMCG revenue growth/commercial strategy
- Exposure to category development, marketing / trade marketing beneficial
