**By joining the Revenue Growth Management team you will contribute to developing our business in a sustainable way acting on volume, price and mix levers for our brands.
**Function Related Activities/Key Responsibilities**:
- Identify and analyze key Revenue Growth Management drivers, developing a good understanding of performance levers for our business and the FMCG industry.
- Support opportunity analyses feeding into our two main planning cycles - Annual Business Plan and Long-Range Planning.
You will help us identify and quantify areas for growth by:
- Assessing our performance, the competitive landscape and market structure
- Evaluating priority occasions/drinking moments for growth
- Analyzing consumer behavior and retailer/shopper insights
- Running size of the prize simulations
- Support new pack launches with building business cases using retailer/shopper panel data in close collaboration with our bottling partners
- Develop RGM tools for Europe and create reporting suite for on-going business tracking on retailer metrics
- Support the creation of the strategies needed to unlock revenue headroom across our portfolio of brands
- Connect and build a network with other TCCC functions (Strategy, Finance, Operations) and our bottling partners' Central functions around key projects described above.
**Education Requirements**:
Bachelor's Degree/Business School/MSc, desirable to have analytical backgrounds.
**Related Work Experience**:
- Work experience within FMCG would be beneficial.

- Advanced level of Excel and PowerPoint.
