**Position Overview**:

Revenue Growth Management (RGM) is a fundamental growth discipline to achieve our business vision and targets.

In this role you will contribute to the RGM Europe department's multi-country projects as well as defining European growth levers' strategy to drive growth of our business.

**Function Related Activities/Key Responsibilities**:

- Create stories out of data from multiple data sources (internal sales data, market value data, shopper, competition) to influence decision making

- Drive insights from scorecards and supported with business narratives for top leadership routines

- Drive analytics for European region strategic RGM projects

- Support RGM Team with analysis on performance, competitive landscape, consumer/shopper behaviour, and strategy design.

- Support collaboration between departments to help drive frameworks on how to incorporate central strategy in local markets' execution

**Education Requirements**:

- Statistics/Business Administration/Engineering/ Finance/similar analytical field
