Revenue Growth Management Lead

A Taste of What You'll Be DoingLead the local RGM team to deliver best-in-class engagement and support in all aspects of the Promo and Price Strategy. Coordinate the annual and multi-year plans focusing on list price, trade allowance, mix, promotions, and price pack architecture. Work closely with the Category Team to define and monitor the annual assortment, merchandising, promotion, and shelf enhancement strategies. Drive and coordinate the local definition and deployment of revenue growth management plans with the business unit. Develop and adapt a conceptual selling toolkit using insights to support the delivery of key performance indicators for sales fundamentals. Align the plan with the business unit and category/activation, working on profit and loss, distribution plans, and create compelling selling stories to engage the sales team and customers. We're Looking for Someone WithUniversity Degree. Experience of major customer engagement/multi-category and multi-channels. Excellent analytical skills and confidence using category sources (Kantar, Circana, Nielsen) combined with the ability to translate data into insights. Knowledge in managing the strategy for different channels: Retail, Traditional, Far Away from Home. Analytical capabilities (P and L), high level of Microsoft Excel use. Excellent communication and influencing skills in both Italian and English.
