Mission : As Revenue Growth Management Manager you will proactively drive the growth of the company and maximize revenue through innovative strategies and in-depth analysis.
We have the ingredients for your new role Being a pillar to the Trade Marketing Team and reporting to the Trade Marketing Director, this role grants the chance to truly act as a strategic guidance for all the categories.
Your main tasks will be: Pricing Optimization : Drive the strategic price recommendations per category, considering internal profitability, price elasticity and external competitive landscape.
Promotions Optimization : Develop and implement promotional strategies that maximize revenue and profitability, considering market dynamics and consumer preferences.
Products Profitability Maximization : Work closely with category management, commercial and marketing teams to maximize product profitability through assortment, shelving, and activation.
Assortment Optimization : Build plans together with the Commercial team and ensure they are embedded within channel strategies.
Act as a sparring partner of Channel Manager for financial impact of negotiation decisions and opportunities optimization.
Craft compelling storytelling to drive effective execution of the market strategy and maximize growth opportunities.
Write the recipe for your growth in STAR Requirements Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or any other relevant field.
5+ years of business experience, preferably spent in an FMCG company.
Experience in Category Management is considered a plus.
Solid commercial acumen.
Strong analytical mindset and an excellent understanding of the P&L and key RGM levers to drive both top and bottom line growth.
High level of analytical skills, with an ability to distil information and uncover insights from a variety of sources.
Ability to influence internal and external partners at all levels, transforming complex situations into simple explanations.
