Revenue Growth Manager
Atlante is NHOA's new Global Business Line dedicated to build the first EV Fastcharging Network enabled by renewables, energy storage and 100% grid-integrated.
The Atlante project is the result of the partnership between NHOA - which develops and invests in the network being owner and operator - Free2Move eSolutions, in the role of supplier of charging technology, and Stellantis automotive group.
**Posizione:**:We are looking for a Revenue Growth Manager to reinforce and expand the Partners and Site Ownership ecosystem of Atlante.
**Your tasks and duties
- Based on defined objectives, implement a strategy to Identify and evaluate potential partners for the expansion of Atlante's charging network;
- Create a systematic, process-driven approach to Partner outreach and relationship management, developing leads into Partners;
- Maintain Relationships with Strategic Partners;
- Manage and drive acquisition projects, supported by Real Estate consultant, for the successful acquisition of new Sites;
- Source and pro-actively manage a partner pipeline to ensure consistent growth and a regular deal flow;
- Monitor, adjust and grow the business relationship with the selected partners in the medium term;
- Interact with other relevant Atlante departments (Tech, Site development, Procurement, Operations) to implement and grow successful partnerships in the day-to-day activity
**Requisiti**:
- Master in Engineering, Management, Economics, Physics, Math; MBA/PhD are considered a plus
- 4+ years of relevant work experience in Business Development (corporate, Startup, VC, Incubators, consultancy) or Innovation teams related to e-Mobility and/or Energy Industry
- Proven experience in successfully acquire deals and cooperation agreements
- Good knowledge of Energy, e-mobility and Digital innovative companies, in particular in EU
- Proficiency in written and spoken English;
- Knowledge of other languages such as French, Spanish or German would be a plus;
- Organised, self-directed and efficient at work;
- Able to set and maintain high standards of performance;
- Committed and accountable for completing tasks successfully and independently;
- Comfortable with self-making next-step decisions;
- "Think outside of the box" creative mind;
- Costumer and results oriented
