**Job Description**:
If your passion is to embrace a career in the Hospitality world, you have a natural talent for understanding customers' perception of product value and accurately aligning product prices, placement and availability with each customer segment, and want to help Accor Brand Hotels to meet their operational revenue target.
As **Revenue Manager Multi-Hotels **you will have the task of ensuring the optimization of the turnover of hotels in the perimeter in order to optimize the RevPAR according to the strategy of each brand.
You will be responsible for implementing RM methods and processes in order to optimize revenue according to hotel strategies, update the various programs, establish group estimates and notify the major stakeholders as soon as the market deviates from the strategy, as well as be the first contact point to the hotels assigned to you for all revenue topics.
**WHAT DOES THE ROLE CONSIST OF?
The main missions are:
**Information gathering
- Ensures that the booking and reception teams follow the booking processes and know the correct ways of entering data into the PMS systems;
- Regularly check data entry and quality (segmentation, etc.
);
- Update the event database.
**Analyses
- Analyze hotel performance in RMS as a basis for strategic decision making;
- Analyzes the trend of contracts (prices, lots, number of rooms sold, etc.
);
- Monitor the market and competition in terms of prices and deadlines in order to decide future pricing strategies.
**Decision
- Provides proposals to adapt the short and long term strategy of the hotels (price positioning, sales conditions, etc. )
on the basis of the analyzes carried out upstream;
- Provides dynamic forecasts in relation to budget and strategy;
- Support the preparation of the annual revenue budget.
**Recommendations
- Share the rate recommendations on a daily basis with the reference hotels;
- Set up the various revenue management systems based on the shared strategy;
- Make suggestions for changing strategy in RM systems regarding prices, sales conditions, ideal mix, in order to be able to react quickly to changes in customer behavior (new events, canceled conferences, etc.
);
- Optimize distribution channels.
**Assessment
- At the end of the month, monthly analysis of the results with comments (in terms of internal and external indicators: RevPAR and market share)
- Regularly checks the implementation of defined strategies (brand, place and hotel).
**Communication
- Regular communication with hotels about:
- results and revenue management indicators
- potential optimization opportunities, market and competition information, the booking platform and the implementation of sales strategies;
- analysis of the last months, discussions on future trends.
**Forecast
Manage the forecast process on a monthly basis
**Qualifications**:
