Our Team is in hypergrowth and we are looking for a Revenue Operations Specialist | Milan (Aviation Services Market) WHAT WILL YOU DO: ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES You will join a dynamic team reporting directly to the Group Revenue Manager and you will take care of the following activities: Revenue Operations Management: data verification, practices management and services closing Revenue Operations Back-office activities: rooming-list proforma document data update, rooming E-mails, approval processes & ODA management, ODA claims resolution Reporting: clear, actionable reports and dashboards creation for revenue tracking Communication: stakeholders communications effective management Other activities: databases updating, processes and procedures optimization and any further day-by-day tasks.

WORKING HOURS Our Revenue Team is active from Monday to Friday, during office hours.

ABOUT YOU You would like to explore careers in the Aviation Industry You are good in organizing with attention to details, timeliness and resilience You love taking care about people and working in a team Your English language knowledge is at a very good working level Your MS Office skills are good The knowledge of French, Spanish and German languages is a nice to have, as a former work experience in Aviation/Transport/Tourism Industry.
