**MISSION

The scope of the Revenues & Growth Specialist is to support the team in developing a business strategy to promote sales in line with the profitability objectives.

**KEY RESPONSABILITIES

- Set and update business analysis on margin to identify its strategic levers

- Identify pricing and discount policy guidelines in coordination with other departments (Finance Departiment, Offer's team)

- Create and monitor tools and analysis tools on pricing & discounting

- Create and monitor tools and analysis tools on brands and market sales

- Monitor and report data on NPD market

- Set and develop tools to support the category team for analysis and for the strategy of Assortment

- Be a key reference for HQ and other departments for Growth Strategy issues

**PROFILE REQUIREMENTS

- Economics or Engineer background is a plus

- Strong financial and analytical skills

- Proficiency in Excel and analytical tools (PowerBI)

- Excellent relationship abilities both for internal and external stakeholders

- Resilience to working in a highly dynamic environment

- English is a must
