As **Reward Lead**, you will be responsible to define and maintain our local Compensation and Benefits strategy, in line with global standards and local regulation, working in close collaboration with the global Reward Centre of Excellence and the local HR team in Italy, with the aim to attract and retain talent in the organization.

**MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Reporting to the Human Resources Director, the role will comprise the following aspects:
- Define, deliver and maintain the local compensation practices and policies in line with global standards with the aim to attract and retain talent
- Interpret local legislative changes, assess local impact and propose solutions to ensure adherence of our Reward policies with local regulatory, legal and best practice approaches.
- Provide to Global team local compensation insights and analysis based on external trends
- Local compliance reporting as required e. g.
equal pay analysis
- Support the execution of annual compensation review for the country
- Conduct Compensation and Benefits benchmarking
- Use training & education material provided by global team to increase reward knowledge across business leaders and the HR function
- Manage benefits plans and programmes, incl.
relationships with third party benefit providers
- Support in Employee Relations related matters where appropriate
- Support Global Mobility where needed
- Support the execution of annual Performance Development process for the country (set goals, self-evaluation, performance evaluation, calibration process)
- Support HRBPs with complex offer for new entries and promotions
**ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS
- Educated to Degree Level
- Significant experience in delivering compensation practices in a large, complex multinational company
- Expert knowledge of compensation and benefits policies
- Well developed people skills and ability to engage, influence and negotiate with major stakeholders and internal clients
- HRIS systems experience
**DESIRABLE REQUIREMENTS
- Post Graduate Qualification in HR related specialism
- Previous experience in Pharma companies
