The unit acts on a global scale and deploys an integrated approach at Group level with a central management team and specialized teams active in individual countries.
Through GC&C, Generali aims to become a key world player in the corporate-commercial segment.

GC&C Central Team HR Team is looking for a Global Reward, HR Cost and Organization expert
**Mission**:
We are currently looking for an expert role in charge of Organization, Workforce Planning, Labour Cost and Reward for the whole global perimeter of GC&C, sustaining GC&C Business Strategy and People Strategy.
This role directly reports to the GC&C Head of HR and Organization and is based in Milan
**Main activities**:
**Workforce Planning, Labour Cost & Organization
- Define Organization and Cost Strategic Plan
- Guide, govern and monitor Labour Cost liaising with all our countries and key central functions
- Steer workforce planning for all the GC&C countries in line with strategic plan of the Business Unit
- Lead GC&C Strategic Workforce Planning (quantitative and qualitative) in order to measure the adherence of skills and competencies to strategic goals;
- Drive Operational Efficiency projects together with CFO and COO; Organization Analysis; KPIs setting/Reorganization
**Reward
- Lead Reward Strategy according to Group guidelines; Salary Review; Performance and Short-term incentive cycle
- Orchestrate Group reward processes across GC&C geographies, coordinating with local reward teams
- Lead ad hoc analysis and project to improve and innovate our reward strategy or processes
**Benefits
**Experience
- Preferred degree in Economy, Business Administration, Engineering or law
- At least 7 years of related experience in HR field in Insurance sector or large multinational compan, with a specific focus on Reward, Organization or Workforce planning
- International experience or experience in international context is a plus
**Technical and soft skills
- Mandatory fluency in English (at least C1 Level) - Professional Proficiency
- Any additional language is a plus
- Microsoft Office, mastery level in Excel and powerpoint,
