Rewards Specialist
Job Title**: Rewards Specialist
**Your role**:
- Support the Rewards Manager South Europe in the roll out and execution of processes in line with rewards policies, practices, and processes in Philips
- Support in ensuring that reward plans for each employee are in line with established rewards policies and local legislation requirements
- Contributes to the design of global rewards policies, processes, and tools, by collecting and analyzing results from global and local benchmarking partners and collecting business requirements and market developments
**You're the right fit if you have**:
- Bachelor's degree, ideally in a related field (Economics, Business Administration Etc.
)
- At least 3 years of experience in a similar position from an multinational enterprise organization or consulting firm
- Strong analytical and presentation skills
- Fluent English & Italian
