I'm currently looking for a RF and Optical Test Engineer, FREELANCE, to work on a project of one of our client. Project/Customer background: The service requested consists of support testing and integration activities in the RF, electrical, and optical fields, with a particular focus on space and avionics applications. process analysis and development activities for the optimization of the current infrastructure. Duration: 12 monthsSkills:Master's degree in Electronic Engineering or related fields. At least 4-5 years of experience in RF/Optical Test Engineering, including preparation of test and integration procedures. Solid knowledge of common measurement techniques and analysis tools. RF/EGSE/OGSE design and MAIT coordination. Desirable Skills:Knowledge of the Verification and Validation (VV) process. Familiarity with defining AIT plans. Basic skills in digital, electrical, RF, and optical design. Knowledge of crimping and soldering processes according to ECSS standards. Ability to operate in thermal and climatic chambers. Experience with projects compliant with ECSS and DO-160 standards. Technical Skills:Knowledge of tools/software:DOORS, Labview, Matlab (preferred)Familiarity with programming languages (preferred)If you are interested and suitable for the role please apply.
