RFID PROJECT MANAGER INTERN

We are looking for an internship in Operations with a focus on RFID technology.

Responsibilities for RFID Specialist

Work with stakeholders throughout the organization to identify opportunities for leveraging company opportunities to drive business solutions.

Tasks include:

- Understand user needs and help the business to go from an AS IS procedure to a TO BE solution through the implementation of new technologies.

- Perform site analyses to determine system configurations, processes to be impacted, or on-site obstacles to technology implementation.

- Perform acceptance testing on newly installed or updated systems.

- Integrate tags, readers, or software in radio frequency identification device (RFID) designs.

Perform systems analysis, test devices, select appropriate tags and determine placement locations.

Coordinate with Manufacturing, Engineering, Logistics, Store excellence, Sourcing and IT teams to implement new solutions.

**PORTRAIT OF A PERFECT CANDIDATE

You know you are a Luxottican when you recognize yourself in our 4 characteristics (imaginative, passionate, entrepreneurial, simple and fast) and you have:

STEM Bachelor or Master degree.

Electronic skills are a plus.

Strong problem-solving skills with an emphasis on product development.

Knowledge of telecommunications technologies.

Experience with RFID is a plus.

Strong relationship attitude and excellent communication skills.

A drive to learn and master new technologies and techniques.
