GENERALI INVESTMENTS PARTNERS SGR SpA is the legal entity belonging to the Business Unit Asset & Wealth Management that is specialized in managing portfolios based on unconstrained strategies, more precisely high conviction approaches to equity and fixed income investments, as well as innovative alternative strategies.

The company leverages both internal and external expertise, the latter through boutiques that Generali Investments has either acquired, invested in or created, and in which the company holds a majority share.

Its mission is to be the growth engine of the Business Unit in terms of number of third party clients/AUM and expertise offer.

- Supporting the RFP Hub in the research, writing, and editing responses to RFPs/RFIs/DDQs and supporting in managing content within the RFP database (PMAPS)

- Supporting the scouting of RFP opportunities and work closely with the sales manager who owns the opportunity

- Facilitating pre-proposal planning meetings/strategies with the sales team

- Collaborating with internal stakeholders to ensure specific content are complete and accurate

- Interfacing with many business partners who will help in providing data and answering questions more thoroughly (e. g. , Sales teams, Portfolio Managers, Compliance, Legal, Risk, Finance, Trading and other departments)

- Maintaining consistent product messaging and updated product language and data in RFP Language database and on consultant and third-party databases.

- Completing and updating Consultant Database.

**Requirements**:

- Master's Degree preferably in economics, finance, management engineering or mathematics.

- Knowledge of RFP or similar role within an international asset management firm (3-5 years of experience)

- Solid skills in Project management

- Proficient in use of IT systems and advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office (notably, Excel spreadsheets); Knowledge of specific RFP tools is a plus

- Ability to interact in a multicultural environment

- Willingness to learn technical info, including philosophy, research and investment processes of our products.

- High standard of English and another European language (French, German or Spanish) is a plus

- Organizational, planning, writing and communication skills

- An interest in ensuring accuracy, clarity and quality of work

- Problem solving and analytical skills

- Confidence in operating within a client-facing environment

- Willingness to work in challenging environment.
