On behalf of our client, a international manufacturer of pharmacy automation machines, In Job Spa is looking for a FIELD SERVICE ENGINEER In order to increment the growth of operations in Italy, the ideal candidate will be part of a dynamic team that will be responsible for the installation and maintenance of innovative machinery for the pharmaceutical industry.

Main Responsibilities - Install and implement equipment according to the SAT (Site Acceptance Test) requirements - Assign and perform validation test - Provide product solution support, installation, machines start up, commissioning of equipment and training on machines to service professionals - Coordinate preventive hardware and software maintenance with IT department - Establish outstanding relationship with customer, delivering support both onsite and remote - Act as the primary onsite technical contact, providing customer visibility, advanced technical support and problem resolution - Set up service documentation and provide technical training to colleagues and distributors - Conduce After sale service visits anf consultancy - Supporting internation customers and distributors vith software upgrades, hardware manintenance and implementations - Translationg existing documentation into Italian language Requirements - Bachelor's Degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering (or similar) or High School Diploma - Fluent English and Italian mother tongue - Previous experience in providing engineering/technical field services, troubleshooting and field repairs of electrical/mechanical equipments preferably in the pharma sector (minimum 3 years) - Strong problem solving skills and ability to work proactively - Available to extensive travel in and outside the Country - % of the time (a period of training is request in the company's headquarter abroad) - Living and allowed to worked in Italy - Capabilities to operate in a flexible team environment with minimal supervision We offer - An enticing compensation package: base salary, benefits (direct italian contract with the client), company car, company credit card, travel allowance - Location: North/Central Italy (home office and business trip in Italy and sometimes abroad) - Growth opportunities in an international and very interesting company
