For our Panerai HQ, we are looking for the Panerai Social Media Specialist with Chinese culture knowledge. The Social Media Specialist is responsible for the development of strong marketing materials for the worldwide Social Media campaigns, with particular focus and expertise on China market.
He/She develops dedicated strategies to increase the worldwide Panerai Social Media relevance, the panerai. Com web site traffic and the e-commerce sales in strong cooperation with the local marketing teams.
The responsibilities will also include contents creation and reviews in Chinese language, including Banners Ads and search engine optimization. MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES Support local marketing teams in implementing the Social Media advertising campaigns worldwide, with a strong focus on the Chinese audience/clientele, and on developing dedicated social contents.
Ensures that the Digital Marketing campaigns for Asian audiences/clients are in line with the Panerai positioning, strategy and image Assist the Social Media Coordinator in setting key performance indicators (KPIs) for social media campaigns and performance monitoring andreporting.
Working with marketing professionals to develop social media marketing contentsPROFILE Fluent speaker and writer in both Mandarin and English.
Italian as a plus.
Bachelor's degree in marketing, online marketing or related discipline.
2+ years' experience in Web Marketing Able to manage the day-to-day handling of all social media channels, such as LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, Tiktok and YouTube, specifically the Chinese ones WeChat, Weibo, Xiao Hong Shu, Douyin, adapting content to suit different channels.
Luxury sector social sector knowledge as a plus.
Extensive use of social media advertising tools, with a strong focus on the Chinese ones (Facebook Ad Manager, Linkedin/Twitter/ Youtube/TikTok campaign Manager, WeChat Ads, Weibo/Douyin/ Xiao Hong Shu Ads manager platforms).
Ability to monitor, track, analyse and report on performance on social media platforms using tools such as Google Analytics and Facebook insights, report metrics appropriately and provide recommendations for specific improvements.
Ability to plan and manage multiple projects, possess the ability to work independently and achieve established deadlines and goals.
Strong Project management skills Detailed knowledge with the Windows environment Analytical skills (able to analyze, assess data, determine trends and opportunities, identify problems and suggest solutions)
