We are looking for a Growth Associate for our Rider Operations team that will help in making the team grow and develop strategies to do it better and faster.

Riders are at the heart of our business - and we believe in nurturing that community.

This role is directly responsible for acquisition of all our riders for Rome.

In this role you will:

Define processes to ensure the acquisition of hundreds of riders across the Rome team.

Meet the acquisition goals defined by the Rider ops Manager and Head of Ops.

Define bulletproof processes to be compliant with all HR and Admin requirements.

Requirements Requirements:

At least 3 years or more of experience working in fast-paced environments.

Previous experience with drivers, riders at scale in a technology company is a must.

Super analytical - able to use large data sets to extract the relevant information to both identify and resolve issues.

Proficiency in Google Sheets is required.

Strategic - able to 'think big' as well as execute 'on-the-fly' via understanding the dynamics of our business.

Effective communicator - able to disseminate ideas in a clear, concise manner to the relevant stakeholders through both verbal and written communication.
