What you'll do at Getir:

Manage the entire life cycle of the employees and the personnel processes of our delivery people and store assistants, which include, but are not limited to:

hiring, onboarding, performance management, complaints and terminations.

Manage documentation for current and new hires, including contracts, legal documentation, and personal information.

Increase the number of operational roles quickly and efficiently.

Understand the "start-up" culture and how to overcome potential obstacles to recruitment.

Support major projects that benefit the entire company.

Requirements Proven experience in high-volume talent acquisition - experience in hiring delivery agents is an asset.

A positive, positive and willing attitude.

Full command of Italian, English is a plus.

A positive and voluntary attitude.

Excellent communication skills that will allow you to integrate and promote Getir's values within the team, while ensuring compliance with all operational and administrative procedures.
