Offer DescriptionThe research activity will be carried out in line with the research topics of the 02/B1 sector, within the research lines of the Department of Physics and Astronomy, physics of matter sector, and will concern in particular hybrid semiconductors for electronic and optoelectronic applications.

The planned experimental activity includes the deposition of thin films, the growth of crystals, and the physical characterization of hybrid perovskites.

The experimental characterization techniques will aim at an in-depth and detailed understanding of the charge generation and transport mechanisms and defective states of these materials, including the use and development of hardware interfaces for charge spectroscopy techniques.

The teaching commitment will be carried out as part of the courses belonging to the FIS/03 sector - Physics of matter.
