NoOffer DescriptionTeaching activities: Teaching among those offered by the Department for SSD GEOS-02/C within the BSc in Geological Sciences and the MSc in Geological Sciences for sustainable development. Scientific activity: The appointee is expected to use detailed field analysis of deformed terranes as a starting point to study lithospheric deformation and the evolution of orogens in time and through space.
The field approach and the multiscalar structural analysis will be pivotal toward the in-depth study of the processes that steer deformation and tectonic processes.
The researcher will implement a wealth of multidisciplinary conceptual and analytical tools to improve our understanding of the structural and tectonic evolution of the study areas and the impact thereof upon our society. Outreach: A proactive commitment towards the dissemination of the research results.
