ADHR Group, Research and Selection Division, is looking for an Industrial Company specialized in Commercial HVACR (Heating, Ventilation, Air Conditioning, and Refrigeration) in Europe a:

**Marketing Communications & Sustainability Lead

The position covers responsibility for company's corporate external marketing communications and sustainability, including development and execution of external communication strategies and programs, trade shows, public relations, website, and social media communications, ensuring business units' alignment with corporate messages.

Reporting to the CEO of the operating company, **the main responsabilities include**:

- Creates and manages external communication strategies and key messages, serving as a strategic partner to company leadership, providing communication counsel and support.

- Manages digital and electronic marketing communications, including website and social media content development, maintenance, and translation.

- Manages trade show planning, stand design and build, layout, graphics, printed and visual collateral, on-site management and coordination with show organizers and infrastructure providers.

- Unites and manages corporate sustainability portfolio to position the Group as a forward-leaning, leading provider of energy and environmentally sustainable systems and solutions.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum 7-10 years of demonstrated marketing communications success within B2B, industrial, commercial, and manufacturing segments;

- Proficiency in English (B2/C1)

- Ability to manage multiple high-priority assignments simultaneously, in a professional manner;

- Must have strong writing, editing, organizational skills and a fine eye for detail, including website and social media content development, maintenance & management;

- Proficient in all applicable software packages **(Microsoft Office, Adobe Creative Suite), ** with an adequate understanding of web architecture and browser capabilities to be able to manage and post content seamlessly.

- A bachelor's or master's degree in Marketing is preferable.
