Key Responsibilities We are looking for a Risk and Regulatory Reporting Specialist within Credit Risk Management department who will be involved in performance monitoring and regulatory reporting in collaboration with external partners and corporate group functions.
The position offers opportunities for growth, with the possibility of expanding risk monitoring and portfolio management activities to other European countries.
Dealer monitoring: Verification of submitted files, follow-up on payments.
Customer assessment: Analysis of customers who do not make payments in the first months after activation.
Fraud analysis: Fraud detection and monitoring through specific reports.
Performance monitoring: Evaluation of risk and business performance metrics.
Analyze control deficiencies that surfaced as a result of a loss event, or from the business identifying a control issue.
Scoring System Management: Overseeing and updating the customer scoring system in alignment with corporate and risk management functions.
Rating models: alignment with risk management corporate functions and local credit experts to enhance, develop and monitor rating models performance Regulatory Reporting: Management of regulatory risk reporting with the support of external partners Gathers information, analyses data trends, identifies root cause(s), and provides information to the business or project teams Qualifications A bachelor's degree in accounting, finance or business subjects preferred At least 4/5 years of experience Fluent in English Prior experience in risk monitoring, client portfolio management, and decision-making systems.
Project management skills, to independently organize and manage recurring activities on a monthly basis.
Ability to work in fast-growing contexts, with a growth-oriented approach and international expansion.
Thorough knowledge of Microsoft Office, basic knowledge of ERP systems.
