No Offer Description Accountability, along with transparency, constitutes the guaranteeing principle underlying the current EU regulatory path aiming towards the strengthening of the Union's digital sovereignty in cyberspace and the creation of a regulatory framework for AI.

Such normative model is embodied in regulatory solutions which identify the preventive assessment and the risk-based approach as the most effective tools to combine the increasing technological innovation with the need to provide individual rights with effective safeguard.

Starting from these structural elements, which find in the GDPR the main regulatory point of reference, it is deemed necessary to develop a research study aiming at identifying strengths and weaknesses of such evolution that increasingly tends to combine responsibility with a human-centric approach.
