Webuild is looking for a Risk Management Analyst with approximately 1-3 years of experience, to be based in Rome.

The new hire will be involved in the activities of developing methodologies for the identification, assessment, and management of risks (Enterprise Risk Management), analysis and drafting of reporting, operational management of models, and supporting documentation.

Main activities Supporting group ERM processes and corporate and contract risk assessment processes;Periodic risk analysis, drafting of analysis documents and presentations for top management;Support in reviewing and updating internal operating procedures and guidelines;Support in internal training and dissemination of a Group-wide risk culture. Requirements Master's degree in business, engineering, or scientific disciplines such as mathematics and physics;1-3 years of experience in structured multinationals - preferably from the Construction and Oil & Gas sectors - or in leading consulting firms;Interest in the most advanced ERM and corporate and project operational risk control processes;Excellent knowledge of the Office package;Excellent knowledge of English; knowledge of other foreign languages is appreciated. Skills and abilities Willingness to work in a team and independently, problem-solving, and ability to work within assigned deadlines;Curiosity towards the subject, critical spirit, and practical approach;Excellent analytical and synthesis skills;Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to interact with diverse stakeholders.
