Position Summary

Analyzing poor or inefficient management and fundamental reasons of poor performance and potential risks and build improvement measures to enhance business competitiveness

Role and Responsibilities- Job Purpose- Risk Management function has the responsibility to significantly reinforce SEI capability to identify and highlight potential risk areas, propose the relevant corrective actions and implement the remediation plan, through the effective guide of the involved Functions.

The function has been also created to activate and / or take part to any Internal Audit initiative aiming at controlling internal processes and procedures. -

- Key Responsibilities:

- Define in cooperation with the concerned Divisions, the corrective actions necessary to better align the managed activities to the internal processes and guidelines to ensure consistency;

- Manage GPPM (process and standard definition), process checking, approval path checking, modification, standard definition and training;

- Manage ISO quality certification management and prepare internal departments involved in the quality audit;

- Ensure periodic monitoring of all most relevant processes and procedures within SEI, through the direct and regular contact with HoDs, providing assistance and support during the periodic self-risk assessment;

- Assist and support the Internal Audit & HQ audit ;

- Make on-site inspection for the vendor if the vendor is newly created.
