**DESCRIPTION

AXA Italia is looking for a:

**Risk Specialist - P&C Pricing/Underwriting Second Opinion

to join the P&C (Property & Casualty) Risk Management team, ideally in Milan.

They will be responsible for and will contribute to:

- Product Approval Process to ensure profitability and risk control of P&C Underwriting.

- 2nd Opinion on Underwriting, Reserves and Reinsurance programs.

- P&C SCR and Risk Margin computation by using Internal Model and Standard Formula.

- IFRS 17 on Risk Management Topics.

**QUALIFICATIONS

Basic qualifications:

- At least 7 years of risk management experience ideally in the insurance sector.

- Strong quantitative background and very analytical mind.

- Sophisticated soft skills - ability to influence and establish relationships of trust with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.

- Proficient in English (C1/C2) - both written and verbal.

- Passionate and curious - ready to go the extra mile to add value for the team.
