Job Description

**What will you take care of?

As a **Risk Management Intern**, you will be part of the Risk management and Internal Controls team in Cernusco sul Naviglio (MI).

**_ Take on responsibility:_

You will support the team by:

- Providing concrete contribution in internal controls and implementation of systematic procedures;

- Contributing to "ERM Enterprise Risk Management" and "Automated Export Control" projects.

- Performing Risk assessment

- analyzing current risk and identifying potential ones that may affect the company.

- Helping in preparing reports and implementing solutions and plans.

**_ Experience cooperation: _

Work in collaboration with different teams within the whole organization as well as the German Headquarter.

Qualifications

**What distinguishes you?

**_ Education:_

- Degree in Management Engineering, Economics;

- Master in Risk Management will be considered a plus.

**_ Know-how/Organizational and Personal Skills:_

- Team working skills and problem solving

- Excellent analytical skills, result orientation and pragmatism

- Smart and innovative attitude

- Excellent use of Excel, knowledge of SAP will be a plus

**_ Languages:_** Fluent Italian and good English; German will be considered a plus
