To continue building customer trust the Selling Partner Abuse team works with merchants, brands, and customers to identify and prevent product abuse in areas such as copyright, trademark, and counterfeit for our customers worldwide.
We are looking for a Program Manager or Risk Manager to investigate complex incidents of suspected intellectual property infringement and product abuse. You will work closely with brands, sellers, and vendors and implement policies, tools, and technology innovations to protect customers and brands, to defend intellectual property, and to ensure compliance with Amazon policies.
In this role, you will partner with numerous teams at Amazon and interact with multiple core functionalities and systems of the worldwide Stores. You will communicate with Amazon (senior) leadership on complex investigations and you will improve the way Amazon protects customers from harm.
Key job responsibilities Perform holistic investigations of brand's abuse reports, deep dives on brand and selling partner experience, identification of escalation root causes. Communication and engagement with internal and external stakeholders. Own and drive improvements to Amazon processes and tools resulting from deep dive findings in collaboration with partner teams. BASIC QUALIFICATIONS4+ years of compliance program management, legal, governance, audit, risk/loss prevention, or equivalent experience. Bachelor's degree or equivalent. Experience handling confidential information. PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS3+ years of program requirements definition and data and metrics leveraging to drive improvements experience.
