The community you'll be caring for: Rome's historical markers help document the city's history and gives insight into the culturally rich heritage. Population - 36, 332 (2019 census)Developed a regional center for the fields of medical care and education. In addition to its public-school system, it has several private schools. Higher-level educational institutions include private Berry College and Shorter University, and the public Georgia Northwestern Technical College and Georgia Highlands College. Largest city near the center of the triangular area defined by the Interstate highways between Atlanta, GA, Birmingham, AL, and Chattanooga, TN. The role you'll contribute: The Registered Professional Nurse (RN) is responsible for the delivery of coordinated nursing care for a patient and/or an assigned group of patients within a patient care unit and for the day-to-day management and supervision of the related clinical activities. The Registered Nurse is also responsible for supervising and responsibly directing the activities of various levels of assigned nursing and ancillary personnel utilizing both professional and supervisory discretion and independent judgment, while practicing within the State, facility and regulatory guidelines.

Qualifications - External The value you'll bring to the team: The RN is responsible for execution of the Nursing Process:Assessment – collects patient health data. Diagnosis – analyzes the assessment data in determining diagnoses. Outcome Identification – identifies expected outcomes individualized to the patient. Planning – works with the RN to develop a plan of care that prescribes interventions to attain expected outcomes. Qualifications The expertise and experiences you'll need to succeed: Current RN License to practice in the state of Georgia required. ASN/BSN degree required. BLS required. ACLS required within 1 year of hire. PALS required within 18 months of hire.
