For our office in Verona we are looking for a Road Logistics LTL/FTL Manager.

- ** Your Role **:The role is part of the FTL/LTL Department and belongs to the Export and Import Operational Teams.

Owns accountability for administrative duties and coordinate trasport services for customer orders.

Handles exceptional and special transport requests, acting on in case of issues impacting the service.

Supports the Sales Team providing insightful data and advise to establish and enforce partnerships with customers.

Main responsibilities

- ** Your Responsibilities**:

- To develop new business opportunities, engaging your specialist operational teams to deliver in accordance with agreed customer service levels within our financial targets.

- To identify opportunities while developing nurturing our vendor base.

- To deliver operational excellence across the business unit, continuously optimizing operations by

implementing standard processes and best practices.

- To be actively involved in motivating and leading the team across a range of people related activities.

- To liaise with customers, managing feedback in a manner that provides explanations, puts the customer at

ease.

**Your Skills and Experiences**:

- Several years of experience in handling Road Logistics Solutions role.

- Experience in handling LTL, FTL Road Logistics, Solution Sales.

- Strong Business Development skills, knowledge of industry trends.

- Strong Customer Focus and Business Acumen.

- Strong Leadership and Financial skills are key to success.

- Advanced English level
