**Posizione**:

**QSRP, **Burger King Restaurant Italia holding Company, for an international role is looking for a Robotics Engineer

**MISSION**:

The Resource, reporting to Chief Commercial Officer of QSRP, will handle and supervise projects for QSRP brands restaurants finalised to design prototypes, build and test machines, maintain software and controlling them.

The resource will conduct research and identify the most cost-efficient and safest process to manufacture relevant robotic systems.

**The resource will**:

- Identify relevant partners (consulting, research entities, business schools, labs, etc. )

for robotics projects

- Develop together with selected partner(s) robotics projects

- Supervise the design of robotic systems from start to finish

- Develop and implement software that will control robots

- Coordinate the creation of prototypes and work on necessary components (e. g.

microprocessors)

- Develop cost-effective and efficient processes to produce the machines

- Perform integration tests and quality control

- Handle the creation of complete documentation for robotic systems for QSRP Brands

- Monitor the use of robotic systems and optimize their functionality

- Troubleshoot defects in the robot design

- Keep abreast of advancements in robotics and relevant fields of engineering for the food industry

**Requisiti**:

**DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS

- Degree in Engineering, Computer Science or similar field (nice to have a degree in automation / robotics engineering

- Well-versed in computer science, applied physics, and mechanics

- Excellent knowledge of CAD/CAM software

- Knowledge of cost, efficiency, and productivity optimization methods

- Ability to develop and evaluate integrated systems

- Analytical, innovative and creative

- Communication skills

- Experience of 1 to 4 years as a robotics engineer or similar role possibly in industry with similar logic to food

- English language required

- French language nice to have

- knowledge of one of the following idoms is an asset: German, Italian, Dutch

- Travel Requirements: 10-20% of working time
