We provide both Enterprise and SaaS solutions for mid to large-tier retailers. Our products centre around a leading Unified Commerce Platform which includes POS, Mobile POS, Self-Checkout and Commerce Microservices. We have well-known customers across the world such as Harrods, Macy's, JYSK, Leroy Merlin, Lindex and many more. We have offices in the UK, USA and Sri Lanka but are focused on much more international expansion. About the Profile: This in-country Enterprise Sales role will suit a bright, confident and outgoing individual looking to work in a highly skilled sales team focusing on prosecuting business into retailers in Europe, APAC and the Americas who have $500 million turnover. The role will need a highly ambitious salesperson who has a slight technical edge to them. They should be able to understand and articulate complex software solutions to prospects and partners. This is an exceptional opportunity to be part of the continued growth of the company into a global marketplace. Each candidate should be willing to travel internationally, both short and long haul to work directly with customer selection teams. The successful candidates will receive extensive training in our software and markets. The role will work within the larger sales team and be expected to carry through the full sales cycle; from generating leads, early engagement, and eventually giving presentations and product demonstrations. Key Responsibilities: Assist with the prosecution of complex sales campaigns. Strategise and lead in-market activities to generate new business opportunities for Enactor. Generate leads and work closely with an assigned marketing team to execute targeted marketing campaigns, PR, and events. Forge and maintain relationships with the in-market community of Retailers, Partners, and existing Enactor customers. Work with the Head of Sales to continually evolve our sales materials, presentations, and best practices as well hone our overall market strategy. Experience Requirements: Experience in Enterprise software sales, winning business, and bid management. An entrepreneurial spirit and resourcefulness needed for expanding presence in an Enactor market. Excellent market-building and lead generation skills. The ability and desire to become one of the new breed of "technically savvy" salespeople needed in this digital world. Ideally experience in eCommerce or the retail technology sector. Presentable and professional with the confidence and skill to deal with decision-makers. Excellent computer skills and meticulous attention to detail are essential with a well-organised and disciplined approach to work.
