INC (www.inc-comunicazione. it) is looking for a PR & Media Relation Manager based in Milan or Rome to join its team with +8 years of experience in PR agency with a proven track record in consumer, corporate and design media relation. This person will oversee earned media relations work for a wide variety of the agency's clients, be responsible for the development of strategic media plans, account handling of clients, coordination of work teams, ensuring (and supervise) quality delivery and managing the client's budget. About the jobDaily responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:Supporting the overall media strategy for several INC clientsCreating a focused, workable communications strategy including an overarching narrative/story, stakeholder analysis, while mapping opportunities in various channels and identifying tangible wins and testing messaging with target audiencesBuilding and maintaining strong relationships with relevant media. Supporting construction of target media lists and pitching print, broadcast, on-line journalistsBuilding compelling and newsworthy stories and producing content for media (press release, video, infographics, survey, Q&A, position statement, etc.

)Executing the media engagement strategy on behalf of clients, ensuring media coverage in line with clients' expectation. Liaising with account teams and directly with clients to provide project updates in a timely mannerMedia analysis and evaluationWriting projects and proposals for current and potential clients and coordinating their development, editing, and budgeting. Participating in creative brainstormsActively participate in the preparation of projects for possible new businessManage day-by-day activities and budgets of entrusted campaigns and clients, coordinating and supervising dedicated teams. QualificationsBachelor's degree in communications, Public Relations, Journalism, or a related field. +8 years of experience, with proven track record in PR and media relation management, with a focus on design, food & beverage, economics, lifestyleOutstanding written and verbal communication skillsAbility to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously, while prioritizing quality work. Creative approach to pitch/story development. Excellent knowledge of social mediaShow a strong working knowledge of established and emerging web tools/platforms and how people use them. Read voraciously and share content. Being passionate about communication and active user on social mediaFluent Italian and English. We consider expertise developed in the design field a plus.
