Room Division Manager

The Room Division Manager will be responsible for the operations, strategies and development of Room Division, ensuring the highest standards of service and compliance, will report to the Hotel Manager and will be responsible for: Front Office, Concierge, Guest Relations and Housekeeping.

Main duties & responsibilities:

- Responsible for Room Division effective management and Guest service delivery.

- Responsible for leading the division in order to reach financial, quality and people objectives.

- Cooperation with Reservations to maximise occupancy and room revenue.

- Assist the management in order to assure compliance with health and safety regulations in the Room Division.

- Develops an operating budget for each department; monitors and takes corrective action as necessary to help assure that budgeted sales and cost goals are attained.

- Develops monthly forecast.

- Ensures that adequate cash procedures are followed and that documentation is reported in an accurate and timely manner.

- Responsible for recruiting, hiring, training, evaluating and terminating staff, helps plan and approves the organization chart and staffing and scheduling plans.

- Establishes quantity and quality output standards for personnel in all positions within the departments
