Rooms Admin Supervisor
POSITION SUMMARY Act as a liaison to coordinate the efforts of Housekeeping, Engineering, Front Office, and Laundry assisting the Director of Rooms and Housekeeping Manager.
Document and resolve issues with discrepant rooms with the Front Desk.
Prepare, distribute, and communicate changes in room assignments.
Communicate issues to the next shift.
Complete required paperwork.
Active purchasing through vendors and stock accountability, P&L analysis, analysis of costs and quality enhancement.
Constant update of Brand standards.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATION Education: High school diploma or G. E. D.
equivalent.
Related Work Experience: At least 1 year of related work experience in Finance or Front Desk.
Supervisory Experience: At least 1 year of supervisory experience is preferred.
