We are seeking a talented and motivated Robotic Process Automation (RPA) Developer to join our Automation team. The RPA Developer will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing automated solutions using RPA technologies to improve business processes and increase efficiency. Responsibilities: Understand business processes and identify areas for automation Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to understand business requirements, translate them into technical specifications Design, develop, and implement RPA solutions using industry-leading RPA tools such as Microsoft Power Automate and UiPath Develop and maintain RPA scripts and workflows to automate repetitive tasks and processes Perform testing and debugging of RPA solutions to ensure accuracy and reliability Monitor and assess the effectiveness of RPA implementations and make necessary adjustments Document processes and maintain technical specifications for RPA solutions Provide guidance on RPA best practices and stay updated with the latest RPA technologies and trends Who are we looking for?
