We are seeking a talented and motivated Robotic Process Automation (RPA) Developer to join our Automation team. The RPA Developer will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing automated solutions using RPA technologies to improve business processes and increase efficiency. Responsibilities: Understand business processes and identify areas for automationCollaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to understand business requirements, translate them into technical specificationsDesign, develop, and implement RPA solutions using industry-leading RPA tools such as Microsoft Power Automate and UiPathDevelop and maintain RPA scripts and workflows to automate repetitive tasks and processesPerform testing and debugging of RPA solutions to ensure accuracy and reliabilityMonitor and assess the effectiveness of RPA implementations and make necessary adjustmentsDocument processes and maintain technical specifications for RPA solutionsProvide guidance on RPA best practices and stay updated with the latest RPA technologies and trendsWho are we looking for?
