We are seeking an experienced and innovative Robotic Process Automation (RPA) Solution Architect to join our Automation team. The RPA Solution Architect will be responsible for designing and overseeing the implementation of RPA solutions that meet business requirements and align with the organization's strategic goals. Responsibilities: Lead the design and architecture of RPA solutions, ensuring they are scalable, robust, and secureCollaborate with business analysts, developers, and stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements aligns with company strategyDevelop comprehensive RPA solution blueprints and technical specificationsOversee the development and deployment of RPA solutions, ensuring they meet quality standards and performance metricsProvide technical guidance and mentorship to RPA developers and other team membersConduct code reviews and quality assurance activities to ensure the effectiveness and reliability of RPA solutionsIdentify and mitigate risks associated with RPA implementationsCreate and maintain solution documentation, including diagrams, process descriptions, and data flow chartsStay current with the latest RPA technologies, trends, and best practices to continuously improve the automation processParticipate in the evaluation and selection of RPA tools and platformsEnsure compliance with regulatory and security requirements in RPA solutionsWho are we looking for? People with: Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related fieldProven experience as an RPA Solution Architect or similar roleProficiency in RPA tools such as Microsoft Power Automate and UiPathStrong understanding of the software development life cycle (SDLC)In-depth knowledge of process analysis, design, and implementationExcellent problem-solving skills and attention to detailStrong communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to work independently and as part of a teamNice to have: Experience with programming languages such as Python, Java, or C#. Knowledge of AI and machine learning concepts.
