**RRP Digital Manager
**Position purpose**:
We offer an exciting opportunity for a profile as a **RRP (Reduced Risk Products) Digital Manager **in JTI Italy within the Marketing Department.
**The RRP Digital Manager **will be supporting the RRP & Digital Group Lead and other team members in the activities related to our Portfolio and Consumer Ecosystem from a brand management standpoint.
**What will you do - responsibilities**:
- Create Brand digital marketing plan considering both global and local requirements, with continuous alignment with wider team to synchronize online and offline strategies and execution.
- Management of the brand's online touchpoints, improving brand awareness, acquisition and conversion to increase traffic and online revenue.
Fully responsible for Italian website and e-commerce, including Brand visibility and promo campaigns.
Work closely with local and global tech teams to define requirements, follow up on developments and support during the testing phases.
- Work closely with Logistics to ensure product availability and with agencies/global IT to manage updates and new functionalities.
Cooperate with other stakeholders (PPO, Sales, Legal, HQ), securing an optimal online consumer experience, carefully monitoring main KPIs and ROI.
- Ensure robust Consumer Data strategy with solid content plans and constant CDP optimization
- Analyze and interpret data to steer online directions and maximize sales & consumer data growth
- Develop and execute digital plans activating proper tools (e. g.
: direct mail, loyalty programs, MGM, etc.
).
**Who are we looking for - requirements**:
- University Degree
- English is a must, fluency in Italian would be advantageous
- Minimum 4-5 years of commercial/digital experience
- Strong analytical and communication skills
- Ambitious and with a high potential to grow
- Digital savvy and with a good knowledge of MS Office (PowerPoint and Excel)
