RT USED TRUCKS SALES DIRECTOR

**MISSION OF THE JOB**- You will be part of the management team and you will foster meaningful relationships with internal and external stakeholders to ensure the Used Trucks organization efficient operations and success.
Secure that the used trucks business is a self-sustained activity, contributing to the total market business and capital tied-up objectives, according to business plan.
**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Develop and implement strategic plans to drive sales and profitability growth, in compliance with Renault Trucks policy.
- Be inclusive and federate your team and the private dealer network around a common business strategy, providing guidance and support to achieve sales target and objectives.
- Develop sales of Used Renault Trucks towards private network and direct customers.
- Set Residual Value for Buy Back following Renault Trucks Buy-back grid and valuation processes, correct level of provision being agreed with Business Control & Brand Market Commercial Director to cover future risks.
- Set purchasing prices for Trade ins, Repossession and Purchase to Sell units according to market conditions and valuation processes.
- Together with new trucks sales, define buy-back frame to secure buy-back and trade-in yearly commitment in line with used-trucks selling capacity.
- Together with new trucks sales, define optimized new trucks configuration and product mix to secure future increase of used trucks resale value.
- Manage used trucks inventory improving stock rotation and reducing capital tied-up.
- Together with the Market Marketing Team, develop the total offer for the Used Truck in compliance with the GTS Used Truck policy.
- Act as a member of Management Team.
- Stay informed about developments in the trucking industry, including changes in technology, regulations, and market conditions, and adjust strategies accordingly.
- Act as a team leader making sure that his direct reports have a clear scope of responsibility, the necessary support and development to succeed in their objectives.

**KEY COMPETENCIES
- Minimum of 10 Years of experience in sales management, preferably in B2B;
- Proven track record of success in driving sales growth and achieving revenue targets;
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team;
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills;
- Strategic thinker with the ability to analyze data and make informed decisions;
- Knowledge of used truck market trends, pricing strategies, and industry best practices is a plus;
- Proficiency in English, written and spoken.
