We are seeking a Record-to-Report (RTR) Accountant to join our European Shared Service Center within the AFC function of Bracco in our Milan Headquarters. About BraccoBracco is an international Group active in the healthcare sector and a leader in diagnostic imaging.

The Group's main products are contrast agents sold in over 100 countries, both directly and indirectly through branches, joint ventures, and license and distribution agreements. About the RoleThe RTR Accountant, part of the European Shared Service Center, will oversee daily and monthly RTR operations, ensuring compliance with global standards. Key ResponsibilitiesManaging daily/monthly operations in delivery organization for the RTR services and ensuring coherence with global framework and service performance (GL entries, accruals, Intercompany reconciliation, BS accounts reconciliation). Connect with the local affiliates of the assigned countries to ensure the periodic closing of IFRS reporting (within Consolidation tool). Ensuring that requests for services are beyond agreed standards (SLA and OLA monitoring). What We're Looking ForAt least 5 years of experience within accounting function.

Previous working experience in a Share Service Center will be highly appreciated. Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Management, or related fields. Fluent in English and Italian, with additional languages preferred. Strong knowledge of general ledger regulations (IFRS/Italian GAAP), SAP-FI, and Microsoft Office; basic SAP-CO and reporting/consolidation tools experience is a plus. Detail-oriented, process-driven, and deadline-focused, with a customer-centric approach in a multinational environment.
