Job purpose**: As a Runner, you will support the sales team, drive an efficient and seamless sales floor, while maintaining the organization and efficiency of the store.

Also, help to maximize sales opportunity and delivering the Versace customer experience.

**Role and Responsibilities**:

- Give a professional welcome to customers at the entrance of the store

- Ensure the run between the stock and the sales floor

- Support the team by maintaining stock, replenishing the sales floor and maintaining quality standards

- Understand customer needs and direct them to appropriate sales associates

- Answer questions with confidence and give advice to customers if needed

- Deliver the ultimate Versace experience to increase customer loyalty
