Trustfull is seeking a highly motivated SaaS Customer Success to join our team. As a SaaS Customer Success, you will be responsible for ensuring the successful adoption, onboarding, and long-term satisfaction of our SaaS customers.
You will work closely with our customers to understand their needs and provide guidance on how to best leverage our SaaS platform to achieve their business goals.
ResponsibilitiesProactively engage with customers to drive adoption, retention, and expansion of our SaaS platformBuild and maintain strong customer relationships, becoming a trusted advisor and advocate for their businessWork closely with the sales team to ensure a seamless handoff from the sales process to onboarding and ongoing customer successOnboard new customers, providing training and guidance on how to best utilize our SaaS platform to achieve their desired outcomesMonitor and analyze customer usage data to identify opportunities for increased adoption and engagementIdentify and address customer concerns or roadblocks, working cross-functionally with internal teams to resolve issues and ensure customer satisfactionAct as a voice of the customer within the company, providing feedback and insights to help drive product enhancements and improvementsQualificationsProven experience in customer success management in the SaaS industryExcellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong customer relationshipsStrong technical aptitude, with the ability to understand and effectively communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholdersAbility to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with changing prioritiesStrong problem-solving and decision-making skills, with the ability to think strategically and proactivelyExperience with customer onboarding and trainingKnowledge of software-as-a-service and cloud-based solutionsHighly organized and detail-orientedAbility to work independently and collaboratively as part of a teamBachelor's degree in a relevant fieldExperience with CRM software is a plusFluent English both spoken and writtenBenefitsPrivate Health InsurancePaid Time OffTraining & DevelopmentAbout TrustfullHelping companies know their customers with the power of digital footprints is the vision driving our strategy.
