We are looking for a** Safety Administrator **to join our international HSE EMEA South-West team.

**Your key responsibilities

- Business activity coordination tasks.

- Access to customer's facilities management.

- Documentation management.

- Communication with planners and technicians.

- Communication with clients.

- Supporting management in HSE management.

**What should you bring?

- Minimum 2 years' experience in a safety administrative tasks and documents management.

- Qualification as ASPP (Addetto al Servizio di Prevenzione e Protezione).

- Ability to plan and organize own work.

- Ability to work within a team.

- Pursuit of the highest quality and safety at work.

- Maximum commitment to internal procedures and standards.

- Communication skills.

- Strong and passionate voice for safety.

- Good knowledge of office software.
