BERGAMO - BGYENGLISH KNOWLEDGEWORKING SHIFTSDescriptionWe are currently hiring a Safety and Compliance Engineer to be employed in the Safety and Compliance department based in Bergamo Airport.

This is an excellent opportunity to join our team and gain experience in a challenging environment. As part of the Safety & Compliance function, the successful candidate will be responsible for:Carrying out audits as part of the Compliance Monitoring Program, preparing the relevant documentation and ensuring the follow-up of raised non-conformitiesLiaising effectively with the Nominated Persons and responsible managersSupporting the personnel approval processesCarrying out the follow up of the internal reporting system and performing the necessary investigationsAnalysing maintenance errors and preparing the necessary information related to safetyPreparing the reports relating to the Safety and Compliance indicatorsSupporting the hazard identification and risk assessment processes, preparing the relevant documentationPreparing the material in support of the training programs for the staffManaging the Safety and Compliance documentation ensuring relevant retentionRequirementsKnowledge of EASA, ENAC regulations.

Knowledge of the UK regulation would be an advantage, but it's not a requirement. Knowledge of the Compliance Monitoring System and Auditing TechniquesEngineering background would be an advantage but not a requirementAbility to work to deadlines and on own initiativeExcellent communication skillsFluent English required.
